4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment. We do not process payments through this website; payment arrangements are handled separately and confirmed by our team.

Course fees are set based on the content and duration of each program. They are not a measure of expected financial outcomes, and no financial return of any kind is implied by participation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund approach is guided by fairness and common sense:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future program
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer credit at our discretion
• If we cancel or significantly alter a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another program

Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected]. We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of approval.

6. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you must not:
