Kinnaree Finance — Company

A company built
for a quieter kind
of financial wisdom

Kinnaree Finance exists because financial education has largely been designed for the young and the hurried. We built something different — for those who have lived enough to know that patience and clarity matter more than speed.

A considered approach to financial learning, for adults who have earned it

Kinnaree Finance was founded in Bangkok with one intention: to offer financial education that respects the experience of adults aged 40 and above. The name draws from the kinnaree — a mythical figure of grace and discernment — because we believe financial clarity, when approached with care, carries something of that same quality.

Our founders came from backgrounds in economics, adult education, and financial planning within the Thai context. What united them was a frustration with the financial content available to older adults — material that was either too simplistic or too aggressive in its promises. Kinnaree Finance set out to occupy the space in between.

We are a small team. We work with a limited number of participants at a time. That is a deliberate choice. We are not trying to scale rapidly — we are trying to do this well.

Our Mission

To make honest, evidence-based financial understanding available to every adult in Thailand who is navigating the later chapters of their financial life — without pressure, hype, or unrealistic framing.

Our Vision

A Thailand where adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s can make financial decisions from a place of informed calm rather than uncertainty or fear — because they have had access to good material explained clearly.

Our Values

Honesty before optimism. Clarity before completeness. The participant's pace before our schedule. These are not aspirational statements — they shape how we write our material and how we speak with participants.

Standards we hold ourselves to

Evidence-Based Content

Every concept in our courses is grounded in long-term financial research and verified against the Thai regulatory and market environment. We do not present hopeful scenarios as reliable outcomes.

Annual Curriculum Review

Thai tax rules, fund classifications, and property regulations change. We review and update course material at least once per year to reflect the current environment, not an older one.

Privacy and Data Care

Participant information is held securely and never shared with third parties for marketing. We collect only what is necessary to provide and support your course experience.

Participant-Paced Delivery

Our courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. There are no deadlines, no leaderboards, and no pressure to move faster than feels comfortable.

Plain Language Standard

Before a module is published, it is reviewed for clarity by someone who is not a finance specialist. If they cannot follow it comfortably, the material is rewritten.

No Advice, Clear Boundaries

Our courses are education, not financial advice. We are clear about this distinction throughout, and we encourage participants to consult a licensed Thai financial adviser for personal decisions.

Financial education grounded in Thailand

Kinnaree Finance operates at the intersection of adult learning and Thai personal finance. Our work covers dividend income from Thai equity funds, bond ladder construction within the Thai fixed-income environment, residential rental income structures under Thai property law, and the coordination of multiple income streams into a stable later-life cashflow design.

Bangkok-based and focused on the Thai market specifically, we understand that the financial landscape facing a person in their 40s or 50s in Thailand differs in meaningful ways from the international frameworks often cited in generic financial content. Pension entitlements, provident fund structures, land tenure rules, and rental taxation all require local knowledge to discuss accurately.

Adults approaching or in retirement in Thailand face a set of decisions that are genuinely complex — not because they lack intelligence, but because the material has not been presented to them in an accessible form. Kinnaree Finance exists to change that, one course at a time, with care and without pressure.
