Our Courses
Three courses, designed
for different stages
of later-life planning
Each course is self-contained. You do not need to complete one before enrolling in another. Choose based on where you are now, not where you think you should be.

How we design each course
Thai context first
Every concept is explained as it applies within Thailand — not adapted from an international template.
Sequential structure
Each week builds on the last. Nothing is introduced before the groundwork is in place.
Application exercises
Every module includes an exercise grounded in real scenarios — not hypothetical ones.
Annual updates
Course content is reviewed yearly against current Thai regulations and market conditions.
Course 1
7 weeksGentle Income Strategies for Later Years
An introduction to sustainable income ideas for learners approaching or in retirement. The course covers dividend funds, bond ladders, and coupon-bearing instruments as they exist in the Thai market — and is careful to distinguish between income that is genuinely sustainable and income that merely appears to be so.

Course 2
11 weeksRental Income and Small Asset Management
An eleven-week programme for those who own a small rental property or are considering one as part of a later-life income structure. The course takes an honest view of rental property — including the less visible costs and the important question of whether a rental holding continues to suit as the owner ages.

Course 3
15 weeksA Whole-Portfolio Income Design
The most comprehensive course we offer. It integrates dividend, interest, pension, and small property income into a coherent later-life cashflow design — and closes with a personal income architecture document that participants take away as a working reference.
